a typical honduran market
the market in intibuca...its definitely not the Giant (for those east coasters) or the Ralph´s (LA people) or trader joes...but it will suffice for your supply of beans, eggs, platanos, avacado, and tortillas...
the vendors come in early in the morning from teh surrounding rural towns to sell everything from grains to vegetables to breads and coffee...its quite beautiful! good prices, too!

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, MY NAME IS TOM, I'M AN ELECTRICIAN FROM MICHIGAN. I JUST RETURNED FROM LAPAZ ON MARCH 2ND. I WAS WITH A GROUP FROM UPPER MICHIGAN. WE DO SOME CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IN AND AROUND LAPAZ, MOSTLY WITH THE SCOOL OF SANTA CLARA. THIS WAS MY SECOND TRIP DOWN AND I KNOW I DON'T HAVE TO TELL YOU HOW REWARDING IT WAS. I HOPE TO RETURN NEXT YEAR BUT THINGS ARE KIND OF GETTING BUSY (COMPLICATED) IN MY FAMILY AND DON'T KNOW IF I WILL HAVE THE CHANCE. BUT I KNOW YOU WILL HAVE THE TIME OF YOUR LIFE.
SINCERLY TOM CHARON
