Rio Grande Cascada
Erin, Ligia, and I went to check out the Rio Grande waterfall nearby La Esperanza and found some tour guides along the way. They told us that in a 30 minute walk down the mountain we could view the waterfall from below. So, we set off down a muddy incline following these kids...an hour and a half later, with muddy shoes and scraped legs, we turned back...we never made it to the waterfall that day...

Steph,
Love the photos!! Tried calling this afternoon, however the card I didn't work. I will order a new calling card tomorrow and try to call sometime this week. You look fantastic. Glad you are able to run down there! I am so proud of you for making a 2 hour presentation, in spanish none the less!! We are doing well here. Missing you, but love the updates and emails. Ypur mom will be babysitting Isabella on Tuesday while mommy gets a manicure! We'll talk real soon.
Love you,
Jen

Hi there! I have been waiting for a new post, but I realize you are probably in the middle of your transition to La Paz. You seem so excited about your location and job. We pray for you all the time. I hope you are doing well and enjoying your adventure. Things are good here. I will try and call you this weekend. I got some phone cards online. Will you keep your cell phone and same number? Stay safe and good luck moving to your new town. Can't wait to hear all about your new place!
Love,
Jen, Dave and Isabella
